US30 scalp cheat sheet

Sweep + reclaim · 1m / 30s

The 4 questions — all must be YES before clicking

  1. Clear level? Pre-marked swing high/low, session open/close, prior day H/L, round number. If invented mid-trade → skip.
  2. Did price sweep it? Wick beyond the level, ideally with force.
  3. Did the next candle reclaim? Close back on the original side. No close = no trade.
  4. Opposite liquidity in reach? Target = next pool. If R:R isn't there → skip.

No-trade signals

  • Reclaim candle closes back below the level (long) or above (short) → level broke for real
  • You're inventing the level mid-candle
  • Already in a strong trend going same direction as the sweep
  • Major news due in <15 min
  • Opposite liquidity is <1R away (no juice)
  • You missed the entry — chasing late ≠ the setup
  • Tilt: you just lost on a similar setup and want to "make it back"

Sizing & management

  • One position, full intended size — never average down
  • Risk fixed % per trade (typical: 0.5–1% of account)
  • If proper stop is too far for your size → size DOWN, never widen the stop
  • Take 50% off at 1R or first liquidity pool
  • Move stop to break-even after partial
  • Trail remainder under structure (last higher low / lower high)
  • Hard stop the day after 2 losers OR -2% drawdown
